Tom Sterling, Director

We regret to announce that our long time Director, Tom Sterling, passed away suddenly on July 13, 2011, apparently of a massive heart attack, thought to be the result of an embolism following surgery.

Tom was a dedicated and much loved barbershopper who directed and coached many choruses.  He sang Bass; his notable quartets were New Q, Livin' Large, 4 in a Row, Broadway, and Sound Revival.

We were fortunate to have such a talented Director for the years that Tom could be with us.  The curtain has come down, but the memories will linger.
